Reporting a song or page

We respect the rights of artists and writers. If you believe a song, lyrics or gift page made on Elevensongs uses your work, your name or your image without permission, email support@elevensongs.com with the subject "Copyright report".

Please include your name and contact details, the work you own or the right you believe is affected, the gift link or details that identify the song, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for them.

What we do

We reply within 2 business days. While we look into a report, we may turn off the gift page concerned. If the report is valid, we remove the content and may close the account involved. We will tell the person who made the song and give them a chance to respond. Repeated misuse leads to the account being closed.
