Before launch

Privacy and data handling

This is a development draft and not a finalized legal privacy notice. We plan to collect email addresses, recipient names, memories, lyrics, audio, payment references and gift-sharing links only to operate the purchased service. Music prompts and approved lyrics are sent to the configured AI provider. Files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. No public sharing occurs unless the buyer creates a link. Account deletion can be requested from Account settings. International data transfers, retention periods and legal contact details require review before accepting real customer data.
