Refunds and corrections

This policy is pending legal and operational approval. The intended standard digital gift package includes one correction request, subject to the purchased package. Corrections may generate a fresh performance with different vocals and melody; original versions remain stored under the published retention policy. We must publish eligibility, refund windows, delivery defects, complaint contact and consumer-law exceptions before taking payments.
