What you may do with your song

When your payment is complete, you may play, download and keep your song, give it as a gift, share it privately with family and friends, play it at private events, and share your private gift page.

This licence is personal and non-commercial. It is granted by Elevensongs Deepthena, which holds the rights needed from its music technology partner to offer it.

What you may not do

You may not use the song for business or commercial purposes (for example in advertising, paid products or monetised videos), publish it on music streaming or distribution services, register it with content identification systems, resell it, claim that you or anyone else wrote or performed it, or use it to train artificial intelligence.

About AI-made music

Your song is created with artificial intelligence. Rights in AI-generated music may be limited by law, so we do not promise that your song is exclusive, protected by copyright, or unlike any other song. Your answers and the recipient’s story remain yours.

Revisions

Each song includes 1 revision. A revision creates a new recording, which may sound different from the original; the same licence applies to it.
